Refund policy

At PTStudyGuide, our goal is to help you feel more confident and prepared during clinical rotations and board prep. As a clinician-owned small business, we stand behind the quality of our resources.

Please review the policy below for details regarding physical and digital products.


Digital Products (PDFs, Downloads, Guides)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are considered final.

However, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you genuinely feel that your digital purchase was not helpful to your studies, please email us at hello@ptstudyguide.com within 30 days of purchase. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product purchased
  • A brief explanation of your concern

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are intended for customers who made a good-faith purchase but found the resource unsuitable for their needs.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Physical Products (Flashcards, Printed Guides, etc.)

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible physical items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email hello@ptstudyguide.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refund Processing (Physical Returns)

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
