Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How long do items take to ship?
Hard Copy Study Resources typically take 1-3 business days to be shipped via USPS for US orders, international shipping varies. Tracking information is provided once the item is shipped. USPS shipping times may vary.
Digital Resources are available to download immediately after purchase on the receipt page. A download link is also provided in an automated email sent separately following your purchase.
Merch Items shipping times will vary depending on the product and may take 1-7 business days to be shipped. This can vary depending on the time of year (around the holidays, it may take closer to 7 days).
2. Do your products apply to PTAs?
Most of the study resources in my shop also apply to PTA students or clinicians with the exception of the Initial Evaluation Templates.
3. What is the Ultimate PT Study Guide?
The Ultimate PT Study Guide is a resource that I began creating as a First Year student and continued to develop through school and while studying for the NPTE. It’s an incredible and comprehensive resource for any student whether they just started school or are near graduation and preparing for the NPTE.
The Ultimate PT Study Guide consists of over 80 pages of quick-reference material on a wide range of topics, and it is available for purchase as a digital download file or in hard copy format as a flash card set. The hard copy flash cards are displayed on 4x6-inch heavy card stock for durability, and they are connected on a keyring for convenient transportation.
The educational material included in The Ultimate PT Study Guide is meant to be concise, covering the most important information you need to know on each topic. Information is presented in various forms, including visual diagrams, charts, and written information. The colorful, eye-catching images were designed by a visual learner (me) to serve as useful visual learning tools, designed specifically to help you retain the material presented!
4. What is your return/refund policy?
At PTStudyGuide, our goal is to help you feel more confident and prepared during clinical rotations and board prep. As a clinician-owned small business, we stand behind the quality of our resources.
Please review the policy below for details regarding physical and digital products.
Digital Products (PDFs, Downloads, Guides)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are considered final.
However, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you genuinely feel that your digital purchase was not helpful to your studies, please email us at hello@ptstudyguide.com within 30 days of purchase. Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product purchased
- A brief explanation of your concern
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are intended for customers who made a good-faith purchase but found the resource unsuitable for their needs.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Physical Products (Flashcards, Printed Guides, etc.)
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible physical items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email hello@ptstudyguide.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Processing (Physical Returns)
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
